TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Watson University offers an integrated system that provides targeted quality comprehensive sales training for new and experienced associates. Our platform includes in-house training as well as national trainers. Our training programs have been viewed as the best in the industry.
Watson also provides leadership training. Our managers are Certified Success Coaches (Designation by Integrity Coaching) and Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE).

PRE START – This course is designed for unlicensed recruits to begin to build their foundation by preparing their business plan, learning how to research and shadowing other associates so they can hit the ground running once they become licensed.

POST START – This course is in the branch offices after the completion of Watson University. It provides for one-on-one interactive training and group training with their managers and mentors to ensure their path to success.

SUCCESS SEMINARS – These seminars offer intermediate and advanced training modules for the seasoned associate on subjects such as personal marketing, social networking, strategic planning, and advanced technology skills.

CERTIFIED SUCCESS COACHING – Our managers are certified Success Coaches. They realize that in today’s world you wear many hats. It is critical to have a strong foundation, a personal plan as well as a professional business plan. Coaching will afford you one on one time on a consistent basis with your coach to continue with your strategic business plan, to bounce off ideas, structure your personal marketing plan, business development and financial planning.
